Rates - All rates are in Euro.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - 24 hours before date of arrival. During the soccer world cup 2006 (June 9th –July 9th) free cancellation due until 45 days before date of arrival. At the moment of your reservation a deposit of 100% of the total amount is requested. This prepayment will be charged from your credit card and is not refundable in case of later cancellation or no-show. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
